Question 1

How far in advance should I book?

Accepted Answer

We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date. For peak seasons (spring and fall), booking 3–6 months ahead is ideal. That said, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests based on availability.

Question 2

What is your service area?

Accepted Answer

We proudly serve Nashville, Brentwood, Franklin, Murfreesboro, Hendersonville, and surrounding Middle Tennessee areas. Travel fees may apply for events more than 30 miles from our base in Nashville.

Question 3

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely — we craft customized menus for vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, kosher, halal, nut-free, and other allergy-specific needs. Our chefs are experienced in creating delicious dishes that cater to diverse dietary requirements without compromising on flavor.

Question 4

Is setup and breakdown included?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Full event setup, professional service staff throughout your event, and complete breakdown and cleanup are included in all our packages. We handle everything so you can focus entirely on enjoying your event.

Question 5

What is your minimum guest count?

Accepted Answer

Our minimum is 25 guests for most events. For smaller gatherings, we offer selective packages — please contact us to discuss your needs and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Question 6

Do you offer tastings before booking?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Our Gold and Royal package clients receive complimentary tasting sessions. For Silver package clients, tasting sessions are available for a nominal fee that is credited toward your final booking.
